Food Bank Rules
 
   1.The USDA food will be given only to those who meet the income guidelines.
 
   2.The recipients will not be required to pay for food in any way. (In kind or in money)
 
   3.Persons receiving food from other food banks, which are members of Harvest Hope Food Bank, will not be                                     permitted to receive food from Friends United, Inc., Food Bank.
 
   4.Under no circumstances will Friends United, Inc., charge recipients for food.
 
   5.The recipients or the person who is on the form must sign for them.
 
   6.Not more than one person in a household is eligible.
 
   7.Those in violation of the rules will be terminated.
 
             This Food Distribution Program is supported by Zion Canaan Missionary Baptist Church, by Friends United, Inc.,
 
             financial contributions and by Harvest Hope Food Bank donations.
